The New Orleans City Park Master Plan was adopted in 2005, shortly before Hurricane Katrina. It includes renovations
of Storyland, the Botanical Garden and Conservatory, the Sport Field, Pan Am and Tad Gormley stadiums, Big Lake beautification,
a Festival Ground and Tri-Centenial Place, and a new Mulit-Purpose Building, a skate park, roller rink, dog park, tennis center,
and golf courses.
